Dr. Byrd
Dr. Steve Byrd is a Dallas rhinoplasty surgeon well known for his expertise in nose surgery and cosmetic surgery in Dallas. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery, past president of the Rhinoplasty Society, past president of the Dallas Plastic Surgery Society, chief of plastic surgery at Children's Medical Center Dallas, and clinical professor of plastic surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He has received teacher of the year award at UT Southwestern on numerous occasions, has demonstrated his rhinoplasty techniques in live surgical forums in Dallas, Miami, New York City, Salt Lake City, Canada, and Spain. His publications on rhinoplasty are numerous with notable articles on analysis, septal extension grafts, autospreader flaps, correction of septal deviation, and correction of the cleft nasal deformity (see his CV).
